TURNER, Ore.– Oh boy, can a game do something for a season.
After a week-plus on itching and scratching to get back on the court, the Cascade Boys Basketball team got just that against a Valiant team looking to improve to 7-2 on the season against a Cougar team coming off just their second win.
To start the game, you saw intent, the winning mentality, as they went back and forth and were down 10-8 after the first quarter.
They weren’t done just yet, as this see-saw continued as Cascade just hung around as it came down to free throws that were falling…
In favor of the Cougars as they managed to pick up win number three and hand Valley Catholic (6-3) their third loss of the season.
Cascade will host Scappoose Friday at home with tip at 7pm.
