SALEM, Ore.– Entering halftime versus Roseburg Thursday night, the North Salem Junior Varsity Football team found themselves down 22-8 following a last second Indian score right as time was expiring.
Down, but not out, the Vikings rallied.
By shutting down the veer-isc scheme of Roseburg with a strong defensive effort, the North offense settled in as they tied things up early in the fourth quarter before taking the lead for sure in the final frame of the game.
