GERVAIS, Ore.–  Tied at one apiece entering the second half, the Salem Academy Lady Crusaders tore the game open in the second stanza with two goals with both team’s battling each other hard throughout the game.

Gervais would rally though and not give up as they pushing tempo on the Crusader defense  behind the line of Natali Herinckx, Marian Rodriguez, and Irena Karayel as they did all game long and denying the Crusaders from adding any further damage with their defense.

But the Cougars couldn’t land a blow to get back into the game thanks to the Salem Academy defense for the 3-1 victory Monday afternoon.
