Man, here we go again talking about another school shooting and wither or not we should put limits on guns or not. It’s the same question and same reaction.
Yes we should limit them, no we don’t.
As a human I’m not saying either or, but I feel like they’re should be more to prevent these situations from happening.
What are going on in these guy’s minds? What are driving them to do this? Why in America we are always going through this?
I saw a graphic shortly after the shooting that the longest amount of time in between shootings was eight days. Eight Days. Wow! Why is this?
My belief is that we live in a society that discourages seeking help if we got a mental problem, if we get bullied, we are taught to be closed minded.
There’s rumors that this guy had religious bias behind his attack, why? Who got him to that point to have those beliefs and that nothing else matters? We won’t know exactly his motive until later on, if ever.
Man, I just wish people like this dude can just get some kind of help, go talk to someone, so we can stop reporting on this and families can stop burying their own and worry if our brothers, our sisters, our love ones would be coming home at the end of the day.
Crap, we live in a society that discourages this getting professional help because it “shows weakness”, BS. We need to break this discouragement and close-mindedness so we can make progress away from these negative situations because no one deserves this, including from the gunman’s side.
I have a lot of feelings of this considering I have been to Roseburg and like the area, having living in the Southern Oregon area for years and currently living two/three hours north of Roseburg in Wilsonville.
But, one thing is for certain, my thoughts and prayers go out to those affected in the Umpque Community College Shooting. I can’t image what you guys are going through currently and will be going through in the future. I hope all is well in Douglas County moving forward!
