Below is the high school softball bullet/agate that I did for the Medford Mail Tribune on Saturday April 30, 2011.  Its a doubleheader game between Eagle Point and North Valley.

EAGLE POINT 13-14, NORTH VALLEY 0-7 — At Merlin, Eagle Point pounded out 27 runs on 22 hits in the nonconference doubleheader.

In Game 1, Chloe Hanson allowed two hits and struck out nine in a complete game and Christine McCready (3-for-3) drove in four runs and had two doubles for the Eagles (12-8).

Game 2 featured 13 hits by the Eagles and a six-strikeout, complete-game effort by Shauntel Rodgers.
