Here’s a rundown of Day 2 of State. My apologies if I missed anyone!

1A-3A
Pole Vault 
Santiam’s Ellie Lindemann finishes State Runner-Up at 2A event with a PR of 8 feet.  Eilee Mucken of Blanchet PRd at 7-feet-6-inches, finishing tied for fourth.  Blanchet’s Sarah Naegeli finished tied for seventh.

Shot Put
St. Paul’s Aundra Rose finished seventh in the 1A shot put with a throw of 31-feet-1.75-inches
Blanchet Catholic’s Isaac Edo won the 2A Discus throw with a toss of 150 feet, a PR for the Senior.  Salem Academy’s Caleb McGraw finished third, Blanchet’s James Barnett finished seventh with a 117-feet-6-inch, PR and Salem Academy’s Aden Dardis finished eighth
Dayton’s Rylie Hedgecock finished 3A State Runner-Up, and Amity’s Hailee Stewart finished eighth

100/110-meter hurdles
Gervais’ Olivia Boyd finished 2A State Runner-Up with a PR time of 16.17.  Blanchet’s Valentina Milani and Daisy Hernandez of Regis too PRd in their sixth and seventh-place finishes 
Willamette Valley Christian’s Aaden Ackley PRd in his fourth-place finish with a time of 16.27.

Triple Jump 
Salem Academy’s Emma Brewer won the 2A State Triple Jump Title with a 34-feet-2.25-inch PR.  Santiam’s Averie Peterson was third, Gervais’ Izzy Boyd was seventh.
Yamhill-Carlton’s James Brewer finished 3A State Runner-Up with a jump of 41-feet-11.25-inch jump.

1,500-meters
Salem Academy’s Chase Sullivan finishes ninth in the 2A 1,500-meter race with a PR time of 5:21.94.
Willamina’s Jose Cruz finished third in the 2A 1,500-meter race with a time of 4:16.60.


400-METER 
St. Paul’s Ralph Pohlschneider finished 1A State Runner-Up with a 52.25 PR.
Santiam’s Averie Peterson, Salem Academy’s Celia James and Regis’ Clara Persons went three, four, five in the 2A race. Delphian’s  Avery Ott was seventh
Delphian’s Lucas Curry finished 2A State Runner-Up with a PR time of 51.43.  Santiam’s Gage Twede PRd with a time of 52.62, finishing sixth as Willamina’s Jose Cruz and Delphian’s Emiliano Chaparro went seven-eight

200-meter 
Delphian’s Portia Binford finished third in the 2A race.  Regis’ Mac Parrish finished fifth with a PR time of 27.50
St. Paul’s Gage Cook finished fourth in the 1A event. 
Gervais’ Gotti Ramon wins the 2A State Title with a PR time of 23.04.  Blanchet’s Rafael Rodriguez finished fifth with a PR time of 23.67.

300-meter hurdles 
Blanchet’s Valentina Milani finished fourth with a PR of 50.37.  Regis’Daisy Hernandez and Delphian’s Portia Binford finished sixth-seventh

800-meters
Crosshill Christian’s Claire Fish finished third with a PR of 2:29.54.  Crosshill Christian’s Jacques Armstrong finished sixth in the boys’ race.
Delphian’s London Withworth finished fifth in the 2A race.Jase Potloff of Salem Academy finished eighth. 
St. Paul’s Mason Cacka finished eighth in the 1A Event  with a time of 46.79

Discus
Dayton’s Ethan Hedgecock was State Runner-Up with a PR throw of 135-feet-2-inches.


Triple Jump 
St. Paul’s Branson Cook finished seventh in the 1A event with a PR of 40-feet9-inches

100-meters 
Sheridan’s Chole Ayala finishes sixth in the 3A State 100-meter dash with a 13.12 time.
St. Paul’s Gage Cook finishes third in the 1A State 100-meter dash with a time of 11.55.
Gervais’ Gotti Ramon finished 2A State Runner-Up with a PR time of 11.36.  Delphian’s Zahar Rotman was fifth.

Shot Put
Gervais’ Izzy Boyd wins the 2A State Title with a PR throw of 39-feet-6.75-inches.  Willamina’s Hallee Hughes was third, and Blanchet’s Molly Mucken was sixth.

High Jump 
Regis’ Tim Crowell finished 2A State Runner-Up with a jump of 6-feet-2-inches.  The Rams Josh Blish was eighth

4×100 meter relay
The St. Paul Boys’ 4×100 relay team wins the 1A State race.  Blanchet Catholic finished fourth in the 2A State Relay with Salem Academy and Delphian sixth and eighth, respectively. 
St. Paul finished fourth in 1A in the Girls Relay.
Delphian, Blanchet Catholic, and Regis go one, two, three in the 2A Girls relay

Javelin 
Amity’s Kiyan Vrell finished third in the 3A Javelin throw with a throw of 165-feet-9-inches.

4×400 meter relay
St. Paul Girls’ Relay team finished sixth in the 1A race with the Buckaroos Boys team finishing third. The Salem Academy Girls Relay team finished third, Regis fourth, and Kennedy was fifth in the 2A race.Delphian finished second, with Kennedy finishing sixth.


4A-6A
3,000-meters
Stayton’s Hope Bridge finishes eighth in the 4A State 3,000-meter race with a time of 11:06.54.
Sprague’s Sara Abbott finished sixth with a PR time of 10:17.23
West Salem’s Jack Meier finished 6A State Runner-Up in the 3,000-meter race with an 8:20.80 PR.

Pole Vault 
North Salem’s Mariko Sonis and West Salem’s Alessia Lemeza each finished seventh,PR-ing each at 10- feet
South Salem’s Griffin Haider finished sixth in the 6A State Pole Vault with a Vault of14-feet, a PR for the junior

Javelin
Dallas’ Dakoda Bennett finished State Runner-Up in the 5A State Javelin with a throw of 130-feet-3-inches, a PR for the Senior.
McNary’s Asia St. John finished ninth in the 6A Javelin throw with a PR throw of 112-feet-1-inch throw.

Triple Jump
Central’s Amanda McArthur finished fourth in the 5A Triple Jump with a jump of 35-feet-3.75-inches.  The Panthers Sadie Wendring PR’d with a jump of 35-feet-0.25-inches, good for fifth in the event.
Central’s Michael Young finished eighth in the 3A State Triple Jump with a jump of 41-feet-11.5-inches
West Salem’s Logan Hilty finished seventh in the 6A Triple Jump with a jump of 42-feet-6.75-inches

Discus
Central’s Gabriel Haines wins the 5A State Discus with a PR throw of 147-feet-7-inches.
Sprague’s Wil Charles finished ninth in the 6A Discus with a throw of 138-feet-7-inches.


High Jump 
Cascade’s Rylee Pritchard finished seventh in the 4A High Jump with a 4-feet-9.75-inch PR Jump.
Silverton’s Brooklyn Pfeifer finished ninth in the 5A State High Jump with a jump of 4-feet-9.75-inches.

Shot Put
Cascade’s Cole Records finished seventh in the 4A Shot Put with a PR throw of 46-feet-10-inches.
Silverton’s Sam Schaffers finished sixth in the 5A shot put, and Dallas’ Jordan Braziel was seventh with a PR throw of 43-feet-11.25-inches.
