South Salem’s Tyler Minney threw a complete game two-hitter as the Saxons snapped a three-game skid, defeating Lebanon 8-0.  Minney struck out eight with Danny Alvarado, Gabe Johnson, Andy Ruiz hitting home runs in the win

West Salem’s Brody McMullen struck out four and Wilson Nietzel drove in 2RBI’s in the Titans 6-3 win over Corvallis.

Brett Hassoun (six) and Quinn Altmann (five) combine for 11 strikeouts in Sprague’s 7-1 win over South Albany at home.  Brandon Stinett led the offense with three hits.


Wyatt Connally had two hits as Stayton remains ontop of the Oregon West Conference and holding onto one of the five automatic bids to the 4A Culminative Week Playoffs by a game over Newport following their 4-1 win over Sweet Home.  The Eagles Connor Hollenbeck and Cody Leming each had two strikeouts pitching.

Cascade falls to Philomath 7-5.  Caleb Boyles, Chance Tobiasson, Grayson Reeder drove in runs for the Cougars.  Cascade sits two games behind OWC-leading Stayton for first-place in a tight-battle for the OWC Title.


Regis’ Max Eaton struck out eight in five innings and was 3-for-4 hitting with an RBI as the Rams fall on a walk-off error to East Linn Christian, 6-5.  Regis is a half-game behind Central Linn for second-place in the Central Valley Conference.



Aliyah Wilsey struck out six in six innings for West Salem in their 4-1 defeat to Corvallis Monday.  Mia Zachary and Reagan Davis each hit two hits for the Titans.  Sydney Conklin had 2RBI’s for the Spartans.

McNary’s Shay Custer and Taylor Ebbs hit Home Runs in the Celtics 10-5 win over Dallas.  The Dragons Madelyn Loughary was 3-for-4 with 2RBI’s in the game.


On Senior Day Central’s Emily Cole struck out 12 and Kaitlyn Brian hit two home runs in Central’s 10-0 win over North Salem. Brian drove in 4RBI’s as Karaline Pfeifer went 2-for-2 for the Vikings

Marin Bliss hit a fifth-inning, two-run home run for Silverton to hand the Foxes a brief 2-0 lead before West Albany rally for the 3-2 win.  Kendra Kosmicki struck out nine for the Bulldogs pitching.


Cascade wheeled off 25 hits in their 17-11 win over Colton with Jaimy Bangert leading the charge with four hits and four Cougars with three hits each as Cascade won their fifth-in-a-row.

Stayton over Sisters 13-3.


Scio picked up their first win of the season, defeating Regis 13-2.
