1A-6A Scoreboard for April 29

St. Paul saw Jordan Caldwell, Stella Koch and Payton Saucy hit home runs in the Buckaroos tough 22-19 defeat to Perrydale Thursday afternoon in Perrydale.  The Pirates Courtney Reed struck out eight and Cody Lawrence drove in a game-high 5RBI’s in the game to lead a Perrydale offense that saw six batters drive in at least 2RBI’s.

4A Baseball

Stayton’s Eli Brown and Danner Salisbury each drove in 3RBI’s in the Eagles 17-3 win over Sweet Home on the road.  The Huskies Russell Holly drove in 2RBI’s to lead Sweet Home in the game.

Caleb Boyles pitched into the sixth inning, throwing 84 pitches in Cascade’s 7-0 victory over Philomath at home.  The Cougars are 4-4 on the year.

2A Baseball

Kennedy 17, Colton 0

5A Softball

Kadence Morrison and Brooke Dunkin combined for a five-strikeout, four-inning no-hitter in Dallas’ 19-2 victory over North Salem.  Morrison and Maddie Doig each had 3RBI’s in the victory.  Taylor Suarez drove in the Vikings lone RBI on a sacrifice hit and Karaline Pfiefer struck out three for North Salem.

4A Softball

Sweet Home 17, Woodburn 1

Cascade 7, Stayton 3. Gracie Van Agtmael drove in 2RBI’s and Hannah Walliman struck out seven for Cascade in their seventh win of the year. Abby Archuleta drove in 2RBI’s for the Eagles.

Yamhill-Carlton 7, Willamina 6
